Shared Interest Group Proposal Form

Use this form to propose a Shared Interest Group (SIG) on a topic of your choosing. If you propose a SIG, you must agree to act as the facilitator for the first meeting. This form will be given to the SIG coordinator upon submission.

Please note that once a minimum of four people have indicated an interest in a topic, the SIG Coordinator will be available to assist with the facilitation of the first meeting.

Members will select a facilitator and decide on the frequency and location of the group's meetings.
